Due to the specialized and mission-specific nature of our products, F1 Scout Systems does not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order has been placed.
Please carefully review all product descriptions, photos, compatibility information, and specifications before purchasing. The customer is responsible for confirming that the product is compatible with their equipment before placing an order.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
To help us review the issue, please include:
- Your order number
- Photos of the product
- Photos of the packaging
- A brief description of the issue
Once the issue is reviewed, F1 Scout Systems may determine the appropriate resolution, which may include repair, replacement, store credit, or another solution at our discretion.
Order Cancellations
Orders may only be canceled if production, fulfillment, or shipping has not started. Once an order has entered production, fulfillment, or shipment, it cannot be canceled.
Compatibility Notice
Our products are designed for specific drone platforms and applications. Please confirm compatibility before purchasing. Use of third-party accessories may affect drone performance, flight time, handling, and manufacturer warranty coverage.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are non-refundable. If a replacement is approved, shipping options will be determined during the review process.
